CAMPS

Both Corps participate in summer camps. For the Navy League, camps are sponsored by the Branch and are usually held in the various Ontario Regions. The Navy League Summer Camp usually lasts one long week in August. Transportation to and from the camp is provided by the branch.

Sometimes, Navy League Cadets are taken to camps outside the province, finances permitting. For more information about the Navy League camps, please feel free to visit the Branch during one of the Navy League nights on Tuesday and talk to one of the officers.

The Sea Cadets camps are sponsored by Navy League Ontario and the Department of National Defence (DND). Camps usually last between two to six weeks. Camps are held on Armed Forces bases and training facilities throughout Canada including the Royal Military College in Kingston, CFB Borden east of Barrie, and other bases in Western and Eastern Canada.

Transportation to the camps is provided by DND.
